Over the past 1.5 years, I’ve partnered with Affordable Housing Sales (AHS), a Philadelphia-based brokerage firm specializing in affordable multifamily housing. This Offering Memorandum for Bridge Street Apartments—a 52-unit property under a Family HAP Contract in Stroudsburg, PA—was designed to showcase AHS’s market insight, transaction expertise, and strategic positioning. The property ultimately sold for $4,350,000.
